Delivery
All Bake-Mail Club boxes are baked fresh and dispatched on the same day via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Please note that while the majority of parcels arrive within 24 hours, Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery and occasional delays can occur. We are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been dispatched.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcels journey.
Refunds & issues
We know how much you look forward to your box, and we want every delivery to be perfect. Because our flavours are limited edition and made in small batches, we are unable to offer replacements, but we will always make things right.
Parcel arrives damaged- if your parcel has arrived damaged, please email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we can give you a full refund plus a 20% discount code for next month
Parcel has been delayed for more than 4 days- if your parcel does not arrive for more than 4 days, please contact us for a full refund plus a 20% discount code for next month. You deserve fresh baked goods!
Parcel lost entirely- if your parcel has been lost, please email for a full refund, plus a 20% discount code for next month
Minor courier delay within best before date- please get in touch and we will do our best to help!
Please note we are unable to offer refunds where an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.
